Poppy Seed Dressing

Use the dressing for any salad, pita pocket, or potato salad. Keep extra dressing in a dark bottle in the refrigerator for future use.

2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1½ teaspoons chopped white onion
¼ teaspoon wheat-free Tamari soy sauce or Nama Shoyu
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup flax seed oil
¼ cup olive oil or sunflower oil
¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar

Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
