Oodles of Noodles Zucchini Kelp Salad with Tahini Ginger Dressing

Noodles
4 large zucchini so, peeled with a vegetable peeler into long strips
2 packages of kelp noodles, drained
2 green onions chopped
1/4 jalapeño, deseeded 

Dressing
1 cup of tahini or other nut butters
1/2 tarami or namo shoyu
4 garlic cloves
1-2 Tbsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp honey (when not on Candida cleanse)
Water to desired consistency

Toppings 
Cilantro, finely chopped
Pine nuts 
Bean sprouts or alfalfa sprouts
1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced - to top
Lime - to serve with ( 1/2 lime with every bowl )

Blend dressing and set aside. Toss noodle ingredients and dressing together. Garnish with toppings and Enjoy!  Serves 5-6
