Avocado Mayonaise (Raw Vegan)

Tangy and rich! The only way you know it isn’t “real” mayonnaise is by the color.

YIELD: 1.5 CUPS

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, optional
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu
  • 1/8 teaspoon liquid stevia extract

In a food processor or strong blender, combine all ingredients. Mix well and season to taste.
